Our babymoon is ending and while we’re naturally a little sad, there is also something to be said about returning home to your own bed.
I wanted to share the highlights of what we did while on Hilton Head Island and Savannah as well as my favorite bump approved outfits. As usual, we stayed at Sonesta Resort which is always above and beyond our expectations.
The Charleston portion of our trip can be seen in my last blog post!
I loved this maternity swim option. It was SO comfortable but still cute.
😍
My favorite meal of the trip was here at Dockside. Their hush puppies and maple butter were everything!!
Sonesta Resort has an endless amount of virgin drinks and I definitely had my share!
My top is from Lilly Pulitzer a few years back and I wore a maternity cami and maternity shorts with it–both from Old Navy.
This was my favorite cover-up. I’d probably size down because my normal size was able to fit my 29 week bump. My sunglasses are from Diff.
Again, I had a few virgin drinks. 😅
We watched the sun come up two days in a row because of how incredible it is down here!
Back to our wedding venue almost 2 years later!
This was the view from our dinner at Quarterdeck which was also where we had our wedding reception.
If you’re ever around the Salty Dog Ice Cream Factory, you have to try the cotton candy flavor!
This was the best traveling dress–so comfy! I sized up 1 size for the bump.
We always take a night to visit Savannah and this time, we had dinner at 17hundred90. It is supposedly the most haunted inn and restaurant in Savannah. We didn’t see any ghosts but we did have a great meal. I got spicy jambalaya and hubby got salmon over pasta and claimed it was the best meal he had EVER had. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and the servive was impecible as well.
The pics are so beautiful! I know you all had a great time.
